The access conditions for TT

Conditions to qualify
- Holding a valid driver's licence
- Residing in the DOM-TOM or outside the UE
- Having stayed less than 180 days in thge UE countries in the previous 12 months
- Your salary is not from a source within one of a member of the UE
- To exit UE at the end of your stay
The buy-back regime is granted for a maximum period of 6 months.
The duration of the contract calculated from the date at which the vehicle is delivered (165 days maximum for the province and abroad and 175 days for a delivery in Paris).

The eligibility criteria
Eligible beneficiaries, provided they meet the eligibility requirements, are:
Tourists
Residents of a Member State of the European Union awaiting reassignment abroad outside the European Union
Students residing outside the European Union or in the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) who are studying in France
Trainees undertaking an internship or assignment whose normal residence is outside the European Union or in the DOM-TOM (including military personnel)
Persons who normally reside outside the European Union or in the DOM-TOM and who come to France to perform their national service
For students, the duration of the TT scheme may be up to a maximum of 12 months, non-renewable (calculated from the date of vehicle registration, not from the vehicle delivery date). Additional requirements are:
Be at least 18 years old
Hold a driving licence recognized in the countries crossed (issued for more than 12 months for Citroën)
