The rental company does not offer this equipment through our website www.ttcar.com, except in certain agencies close to the stations (high mountains) depending on the categories (cars equipped with snow tires) and subject to availability.
How to extend your contract ?
Any extension (during the rental) or cancellation (at least 48 hours before) must be requested from Key Services International up to 48 hours before the start/end of the rental contract and are free of charge, from Monday to Friday (9 am-4 pm and excluding public holidays in France), only by email :key@ttcar.net

What is CDW ?
In case of an accident and/or damage to the rented vehicle, it prevents you from paying the deductible corresponding to the market value of the vehicle by reducing your financial responsibility to a partial deductible, depending on the rented category.
What is TP/TW ?
In case of theft or attempted theft of the rented vehicle, it prevents you from paying the deductible corresponding to the market value of the vehicle by reducing your financial responsibility to a partial deductible, depending on the rented category..
What is  PAI and WWI ?

The PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) is insurance that covers the medical expenses of the driver and passengers in case of an accident.

The WWI insurance covers glass breakage (damage of any kind - except for intentional damage by the renter) and tire punctures under normal usage conditions, and is included from a minimum of 14 actual rental days.

What are the amount of the deductibles ?
The amount of the deductibles depends on the rented category
  • In case of an accident they vary from 900 € to 2500 €.
  • In case of theft tey vary from 900 €to 2 500 €.
For rentals of less than 14 days, is it possible to buy back the deductible?
Yes, when picking up the vehicle, you simply need to subscribe to the 'total deductible waiver' option with the rental company (between €20 and €60 per day).
NOTE: The total deductible waiver in case of an accident is included in the Key Services packages from 14 days of rental (except for 'Comfort' and 'Prestige' categories)
    From what age can one rent a vehicle?

    Any individual over 21 years old and holding a driving license for at least 3 years, for categories A, Be, Bd, C, D, F, T, H, H+, T+, F1, S.

    However, the rental company will charge a young driver surcharge (21-26 years) of about €40 including tax per day, in addition to the rental price.

      Can I reserve a specific model or a specific engine type ?
      The model and the engine type of the vehicle are not guaranteed by the rental company..
        Can I add others drivers and at what price?

        Yes, the second driver is free of charge (over 26 years old unless changed by the rental company) and for each additional driver, approximately €15 including tax per day (subject to change, to be verified on-site at the time of pick-up) will be charged by the rental company.

        It is imperative to present the original driving license of each additional driver.

          Can I return the vehicle in a different city than the one I started from?

          Yes, for any rental of 4 days or more, the rental vehicle can be returned to any agency in France except in Corsica.

          Return fees may be charged by the rental company (to be verified on-site at the time of pick-up or by contacting the rental company EUROPCAR directly). We do not have the information on the amount of the abandonment fees to provide you.

          A vehicle rented in Corsica cannot leave the island and must be returned in Corsica regardless of the rental duration.

            How to cancel my booking ?
            You simply need to send a cancellation email to key@ttcar.net, at the latest, 48 hours before the scheduled reservation date, subject to a fee of €95
              How to modify my reservation ?
              Reservations with payment at the agency(with the rental company)


              No modification can be made to the initial reservation. A new reservation will need to be made online, subject to availability on the website, and the initial reservation must be cancelled by email at key@ttcar.net.

              No additions (flight number, email, etc.) can be made to the existing reservation. A new reservation must be made online, subject to availability on the site, or the rental company EUROPCAR must be notified directly (contact details on the reservation confirmation)


              Réservations with payment on line(KEY SERVICES/TTCAR):


                No modification can be made if it alters the number of days, category, departure and return locations, amount, and tariff season compared to the initial reservation. A new reservation must be made online, subject to availability on the site, and the initial reservation must be cancelled by email at key@ttcar.net. Upon receipt of your email, we will send a cancellation confirmation and proceed with the refund of your initial order (subject to the terms and conditions of cancellation).

                In which countries can I travel ?

                The countries in which the circulation of the rented vehicle is authorized:

                Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain (excluding islands and enclaves), Finland, France, Italy (except for categories higher than D and Prestige), Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland


                IMPORTANT

                EMS (Foreign assistance service)additional insurance for foreign assistance for travel in the authorized countries (list above - €10 per day - charged for a maximum of 30 days) to be taken on-site, on the day of the vehicle pick-up, at EUROPCAR

                  Who should I contact in case of a breakdown or accident?

                  The rental company provides assistance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

                  This number will be given to you by the rental company when you pick up the vehicle


                    What documents do I need to provide to rent a vehicle ?
                    You will need to bring:

                    • the reservation confirmation or prepaid voucher sent by email from Key Services that you should print out.
                    • Your passport or photo ID card, valid (original document)
                    • Your EUROPEAN / USA / CANADA driving license (For other licenses: International driving permit required in addition to the national driving license - original documents)
                    • A proof of residence (valid consular card, residence certificate, return ticket or electricity bill... less than 3 months old - original document)
                    • Your bank (or credit) card - debit cards are not accepted - in your name and surname with embossed numbers of the type Visa - except Electron and Maestro and DEBIT card - or MasterCard, or Diners, or American Express for a security deposit.
                      I did not receive the confirmation ?
                      If 72 hours after your reservation request on our site, you still have not received an email confirmation, we invite you to contact us again at key@ttcar.net
                                  How to file a complain?

                                              Any potential complaint regarding pricing and/or non-compliance with KEY conditions must be made within 3 months after the return date of the rented vehicle.

                                              It must be sent by email to the following address: key@ttcar.net.

                                              The request should specify the subject of the complaint and must be accompanied by the rental contract from the rental company, or if not available, the contract number and the reservation number of the concerned rental company. Key Services acts as an intermediary with car rental companies and cannot be held responsible for a failure of said rental company. Services subscribed to with rental companies at the time of vehicle pick-up cannot be subject to any dispute request with Key Services.

                                              What is a voucher or a prepaid voucher

                                                          It's an exchange voucher, confirming the advance payment of your reservation with Key Services for the defined category and number of days.

                                                          This document must be presented to the rental company when picking up the vehicle, along with your ID, driving license, and credit card.

                                                          What does the term "Pay in agency" mean?
                                                          VYou can reserve your rental vehicle on our website without making an advance payment. In this case, you would click on the 'Pay at the agency' button.

                                                          You will then receive a document from us, a 'Reservation Confirmation,' indicating your reservation number and the name of the rental company where you should present yourself upon arrival. You must print this document in PDF format and present it to the rental company, along with your ID, driving license, and credit card, on which an agreement will be requested


                                                                      Can I use my husband's (wife's) credit card ?
                                                                      No, a credit card is strictly personal. Only the person whose name is on the card can use it.
                                                                                  What are the payment methods accepted by Key Services

                                                                                              Key Services only accepts payment by VISA and Mastercard cards on our secure website.

                                                                                              Payment can also be made at the rental agency, when picking up the vehicle, using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners Club cards.

                                                                                                          The rental agencies accept payments only by VISA (excluding Electron/Maestro/Debit cards), MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS
                                                                                                          How to make my reservation on line?

                                                                                                                      To make your car rental reservation, once connected to www.ttcar.com in the Key Services section, provide all the required information and click on "View our rates" to get a quote.

                                                                                                                      You have two options:

                                                                                                                      "Pay now" You will receive a discount by paying directly on our secure website. You will then receive a voucher to present to the rental agency.

                                                                                                                      "Pay at the agency" Payment without a discount will be made at the rental agency when you pick up the vehicle. You will receive a reservation confirmation to present to the rental agency.

                                                                                                                      I am booking for more than 13 days, from how many days will I not have to pay adeductible in case of accident ?

                                                                                                                      Except for the 'Comfort' and 'Prestige' categories, for all reservations of 14 days or more, you will not have to pay a deductible in case of an accident from the first day of rental. However, if the vehicle is returned before 14 days of rental, the deductible will be charged.

                                                                                                                      In all cases, handling fees ranging from €72 VAT inclusive to €90 VAT inclusive per claim will be charged.
