Our rates include :

• Unlimited mileage plus CDW, TP (PAI if contracted on booking).
• Value added tax 19.60 %.
• Oil maintenance and repair with prior consent from the car rental Company.
• Expenses covering the return and the immobilization of the vehicle in case of accident subject to prior consent of the rental Company.
• Airport tax and road tax.
• Extra charge for additional driver

Our rates do not include :

• Extra charge for driver less than 25 years.
• Options: baby seat, snow equipment...
• Gasoline will be cashed upon car delivery.
• Local surcharge for Corsica.
• administration fee in case of accident or offences.

The insurance includes :

• Unlimited public liability, property, damage, fire and theft, plus collision damage waiver (CDW) and personal accident insurance (PAI if contracted on booking).
• In case of theft or accident a deductible will be charged according to the conditions of the rental company.
• From 17 days, no deductible will be charge in case of accident (depends on rental company and car model)

Driving licence and age :

• Issued for a minimum of one year. Driver should be 25 years old. (30 for K category)

Internet Secured Payment :

• Accepted Credit card: VISA - MASTER CARD
• The mandatory Voucher to present the Rent-a-Car company accompanied by your Credit Card will be sent by email on .PDF format and is to be printed by the client as of reception.

General Information :

• A reservation is made for a CATEGORY
• Radio equipped vehicle.
• Rentals of 1 and 2 days: must return to the city of departure.

Cancellation – Modification : 

• Pre paid reservations may not be modified, the “modification” procedure is to cancel the present reservation and simply make a new one.
• You may revoke your reservation without paying any Cancellation Fees if the cancellation intervenes within the 14 week days that follow the reservation date.
• Cancellation made between 2 and 14 week days before the pick up date: a 5% cancellation fee will apply; this percentage is calculated based on the contract's full amount.
• Cancellation made less than 2 week days before the pick up date: a 10% cancellation fee will apply; this percentage is calculated based on the contract's full amount.

Extension :

All extension must be requested to KEY SERVICES PARIS (Tel: 01.40.71.72.50) 48h before the initial expiration date. To these extension days the standard rate will be applied

Our "Rent it here....Leave it there" SERVICE

FRANCE: 400 delivery and drop off points free of charge after 7 days.
EUROPE: On request only.
